February in the Cayman Islands brings its own distinct real estate patterns.
You read it right, kinda! Grand Harbour is THE spot, as we noted last month. Harbour Walk retail and residences are now open and occupied. New retail stores have opened in HW, adding to the conveniences of Hurleys, Health Care Pharmacy, Vital Spinbar and YogaDen, Blackbeard’s Liquors, doctor’s offices and restaurants to make life easier and more enjoyable for Cayman’s general population and specifically for Grand Harbour residents. AND…we have heard whispers of another development on the horizon in the neighborhood. It’ll only get better for this canal-front community!
Anything east of the airport is fast-growing and selling fast. Why? Simply put: it’s the crux of the market inventory and the bypass roads have offered more housing and land options to meet the demand. Don’t let the traffic situation discourage you from making a sound financial decision: we know Government will figure out the roadways and let’s face it: they aren’t making our island bigger! Going east offers the best opportunities and bang for your buck.
We are constantly amazed at our country’s generosity and love. Inclusion Cayman, Meals on Wheels, Jasmine Hospice Care, YMCA, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, ADACI (Alzheimer’s and Dementia), Cancer Society, Crisis Centre, Alex Panton Foundation and many other NPO’s benefit daily from monetary donations and gifts from our people. Property Pals is proud to give back to our community throughout the year in the key charities we support: YMCA, Little League and Inclusion Cayman.
